Personalized Workouts

Everybody's different and your workout program should reflect that. This is not some cookie cutter, one size fits all plan, this is built for you! No matter your experience level, age, schedule, access to equipment, or any restrictions you may have, we will personalize a fitness plan to fit your life and your goals. All workouts are delivered via Everfit mobile app with instructional videos and custom notes for all exercises.

Feedback and Exercise Correction

Regular feedback and corrections on exercises via video recording. In the Everfit app you will see prompts to record videos of selected exercises or record any you have questions about. This allows us to ensure exercises are being performed correctly, safely, and efficiently to maximize your time and results, just like working with a trainer in person.

We always ensure you're held accountable with a weekly 15-minute check-in call to discuss your likes, dislikes, any difficulties you're facing, and any questions you may have. In addition, we send weekly check-in and motivation texts to ensure you're staying committed to your fitness goals. Ongoing support helps you stay motivated, make progress, and address any challenges in real time.
